Booking & pricing
04How do I book Maine Event Mobile Golf?
Start with the event inquiry form and share your preferred date, location, guest count, and package. We’ll confirm availability, review the venue needs, and provide the next booking steps.
What does an event cost?
A three-hour event is $600 and a full-day, eight-hour event is $1,100. Special events, recurring activations, and business partnerships receive a custom quote.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking as soon as your date is established gives you the best chance of securing it. Short-notice events may be possible depending on availability, location, and setup requirements.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellation, rescheduling, weather, and payment terms will be clearly provided in your booking agreement before the event is confirmed.
Setup & venue
05What is included with the simulator experience?
Packages include the simulator and projected play, launch-monitor shot data, a premium hitting area, golf clubs, on-site guest guidance, venue coordination, setup, and breakdown.
How much space does the simulator require?
The right footprint depends on the final equipment configuration and venue. Before booking, we’ll confirm the required width, depth, ceiling height, access path, and safe guest area.
Does the venue need power or Wi-Fi?
We’ll review power and connectivity during the venue check. Available venue power and reliable internet can simplify setup, but the specific requirements will be confirmed before your event.
Can the simulator be used outdoors?
Yes, when the venue provides a suitable level location and a covered plan that protects the equipment and guests. We’ll review weather exposure, access, power, and ground conditions in advance.
What happens if rain or severe weather is expected?
Outdoor events should have a suitable covered or indoor backup plan. Any weather-related cancellation or rescheduling terms will be included in your booking agreement.
Guests & gameplay
04Do guests need golf experience?
Not at all. We can make the experience approachable for first-time players while still offering realistic play and competition for experienced golfers.
How many people can participate?
There is no single ideal guest count. Event length, game format, and the amount of time each person plays all affect participation. We’ll recommend a rotation that fits your crowd.
What kinds of games can guests play?
Options can include open play, virtual courses, closest-to-the-pin challenges, long-drive contests, team competitions, and other formats matched to your event.
Are golf clubs provided?
Golf clubs are included. Tell us about your expected guests during planning so we can discuss right-handed, left-handed, junior, or other equipment needs.
Service area & partnerships
04What areas do you serve?
Maine Event Mobile Golf primarily serves Southern Maine. Events outside the standard service area may be available, with any additional travel cost clearly included in the quote.
Can a brewery, restaurant, or venue host recurring simulator events?
Yes. We work with venues on one-time promotions, recurring simulator nights, customer-appreciation events, and seasonal programming. Partnership pricing is custom.
Can event planners or caterers include Maine Event Mobile Golf in their proposals?
Yes. Event professionals can add Maine Event Mobile Golf as a fully managed enhancement for weddings, corporate gatherings, fundraisers, and private celebrations.
How are partnership quotes determined?
Partnership quotes consider the event format, frequency, location, operating time, venue requirements, and level of support needed. We provide a clear custom proposal before moving forward.
